Second thoughts- Wedding Dress

I think Most traditional and classic wedding dresses are satin. Yes it is very simple. But I also think it looks elegant and beautiful on you. Do you feel like it is not you?

If you truly feel you need a new dress, then I would suggest calling the place you bought it from asap to see if you can exchange it some how.

I love the plain satin bottom, I think it's just so elegant and romantic. If you want try adding a long veil with detail on the edges. I think it's beautiful but you're the one that has to be happy ! Pictures don't do satin dresses justice at all!

I love it. My gown looked like that where the top was lace by bottom was simple. Honestly sometimes less is more

I think it is absolutely gorgeous on you! You can always add lace appliques and some sparkle to the skirt if it feels too simple. And you can always add a really pretty veil to add some fun to it!

This is GORGEOUS! I think all brides have second thoughs about their dress, knowing that we all only wear one once and we want it to be the perfect one. Sometimes I look at my dress pictures and have some anxiety about whether or not I picked the right one.

The "simple" bottom compliments the lacy top of the dress! I think after you'll feel better after you get all of your accessories; look for statement shoes and big earrings. I think that will help!

I adore it. The open back is jawdropping. I'd find a waterfall veil or train veil with lace. Help compliment the top and a lil something when your walking down the isle.

I think its beautiful! One thing you should note is it is normal to be nervous and second guess your first dress decision. Also note that the pictures on your phone does no justice. It's nothing like when you first tried the dress on and actually decided on that one. You could always add lace/texture with a long veil if your not happy with the simple train.

It's gorgeous. Delete your photos and go back to the store to try it on (and fall in love) again. Stop looing back at the photos!

I think it’s gorgeous!! The lacy top and the smooth satin bottom are a beautiful combination. Many ladies second guess their dress but once you have your hair and makeup done and all of your accessories you will love it again.

Oh woww!! That is absolutely beautiful. Honestly, I think if you had that initial reaction it is YOUR dress. I have heard of a lot of brides doubting themselves a few weeks after choosing - then they get over it. If its over a month from now and you are still having doubts maybe look into a new dress.

I honestly think it is beautiful and very bridal. You could see if you could purchase matching lace from the designer and having a seamstress attach it to the bottom. This was an option for me so it doesn’t hurt to ask! You could also wear a long veil with detailed edging to give you more of a bridal look. I would try it on again though. I had dress regret after looking at pictures and went back the next day and loved it even more!

Honestly I loooove the simple bottom. It’s very classy and will be a timeless style in your pictures for years to come. I think it’s pretty normal to have dress regrets shortly after buying them!
