Second guessing my wedding dress..

You're definitely not alone. I had the same feeling and ended up buying a new dress. I'm still in love with it. If it's not your dream dress and it's really bothering you, I'd say go find your dress! Do you have a photo of your current dress??

I think a lot brides have a bit of doubt. I know I definitely did. I actually found the dress I wanted and fell in love online and ordered it without ever trying it own. I’ve had it since March and because of Covid I haven’t had anyone come help trying it on and was really starting to doubt. I almost ordered a second dress. But when I finally got to try it on I fell in love with it all over again.

I love it! I hope you do too...it’s important that you have that feeling when you try it on, which it sounds like you did in that moment.

I am horrible with being decisive on dresses, so I understand.

Your dress is gorgeous and it’s not uncommon to second guess it. The key is to stop looking at dresses if you love it.

Your dress is beautiful, and definitely bridal! I think you are probably just overthinking it. Trying on dresses can be overwhelming and confusing at times. Try to be excited that you checked this important event off of your list. Good luck with the rest of your planning!

That dress is gorgeous! As others have said, it is common to second guess your decision, but I think once you try it on again, you will fall in love all over again

Oh girl I feel ya! I found my wedding dress for my big wedding on day 1 and it’s still my absolute favorite. However.... I’m on dress #4 FOUR, for our upcoming micro wedding. Yup I have 4 dresses in the closet that I just stare at still trying to decide. Good luck!

You are definitely not alone. I found my dress at the second boutique I went to. I think I tried on about 8 to 10 dresses total. It made me feel great, I had planned on waiting but I felt so good I bought it. The next morning the first thing I did was go look at pics to make sure I still loved it and I did. About a week later the thoughts crept in. Did I rush? Did I pick the right one? Is it going as comfortable as like an a line or bigger dress?(its a very form fitting dress) Don't get me wrong I love my dress and have no regrets on buying it but I flip flop literally every other day on how I feel about it. I think its normal, or at least I hope it is lol. And I think your dress is very bridal and gorgeousss!

I originally bought a mermaid style wedding dress because I never thought I wanted a ball gown. My only advice is that if you don’t feel bridal enough in it then it might not be the one. Try looking at dresses you never thought you would wear as a bride.
