Seating chart

I’m having a backyard wedding with 40 people. I need to do assigned seating. They will be sitting at the tables during ceremony and for dinner. How do I go about setting this up so people know where to sit? Do I have a sign at the entrance with table numbers, who’s at each table, and then when they go to the table they’ll see their place cards? I’m lost in this area. Any input is appreciated!!

    To let guests know their table assignment, you can either do a seating chart or escort cards, whichever you prefer. Then, when they arrive to the table, if you have assigned seats, there should be a place card with their name indicating the specific seat they are supposed to sit in.

    Hi Ashley! You can just assign tables if you want, or you can take it a step further and assign individual seats!

    If you want to assign individual seats you'll need to place cards at each setting, and a seating chart or escort cards directing the guests to their table.
