Searchable Wedding Website

Has anyone else come across this problem? My Fiance and I spent a lot of time making our wedding website on wedding wire but now we are not "searchable". The only way people can get to our website is to know the exact url. They cannot go onto wedding wire and search for us. Super bummed about this! WeddingWire support- can you help?

    Wedding wire is super glitchy Smiley sad Sorry this is happening, hopefully they will fix it soon!

    While I understand you are "aware of the issue", how about a little bit more information on what your IT team is doing to rectify this problem. It seems as though MANY brides are relying on the Wedding Wire website to manage guests lists, capture RSVP's, aid in seating charts, etc. and being unsearchable in the database is causing some serious angst and distress. What is the plan moving forward to resolve this for all of us who are not found in the database. Invites have been printed- so cancelling the website and starting from scratch IS NOT a reasonable solution at this time. This is completely unacceptable.

    “It’s a known glitch in the technology and the software people are aware.” Literally no explanation of a plan of attack, how they are going to resolve and that we should jus have our guests type the URL. Completely unacceptable if you ask me.

    I've emailed support about this issue for over a year when I first started on my website. I am FURIOUS on this issue. I cant switch sites at this point because invitations state weddingwebsite. SUPER FRUSTRATING!

    Sorry to be so blunt and a hint of rude but are you guys searching for techs or something? I mean, this issue has been going on for over a year now. I have been super patient but a year for you guys to solve this issue?!?! NO excuse for this
