Save the dates are usually supposed to go out 6 months before wedding, invitations usually 4 months out.

I say 1 year if you have a lot of OOT guests, I was too excited and sent them about 14 months before

We had a lot of OOO so went them around 11 months. If everything is more local I think 6-8 months is good so people can start planning and there a gap between STD and invites.

Cool Smiley smile So for a hometown wedding it's recommend sending save the dates between four and eight months in advance. If you will have a lot of guests traveling from out of states, eight months is good!

What are you planning on doing for your STDs? Do you have an idea or inspo pic?
