Save the dates (are these tacky)

Tacky isn't the right word... I don't mind the blurriness, or the kissing, I do agree that it looks a little NYE and not like a spring wedding (especially since you said pinks and chocolate browns, right?) It looks dark, and if that's the look you're going for, then awesome, but to me it looks really dark and party-inspired.

I think it looks great (I kinda like the blurt effect), but the colors feel very NYE. Maybe pop up the colors to define your theme, but otherwise, I like it. You do need to know your audience though, I wouldn't have thought anyone would have an issue with a kissing pic, but obviously more than a few people are not thrilled with it.

I have a kissing STD as well. Although my Fiancé and I are not the main focus. Oh well it's what you wanted. They don't have to hang it on their fridge if they don't want too.

You guys are absolutely right. It is NYE! Feeling like an idiot for not noticing that in the first place. And I'm not even sure that the theme we're going with would look well with that picture.

I actually really like the effect of the blurry picture, and I don't think it's tacky that you're kissing either. I do agree that the style looks very New Years Eve. Can you change the background colors to match more with your wedding colors? If not, there are a ton of different photo STD options available. Side note: I still automatically read sexually transmitted disease instead of save the date when someone writes STD.

I don't think it's tacky at all. I'm not a fan of the overall look of the STD but it's not tacky

I don't love it. Maybe it's the way it's blurred. The taller woman doesn't look as bad because of the way the light hits her eye. But the shorter woman is way more blurred like she's trying to hide her identity or something. Just looks odd to me. I think it would be way cuter to use a pic like your avatar and have the save the date details in the middle. You girls look adorable in that pic

I don't know if the word to describe this STD is "tacky," but I'm not a fan of the blurred picture. I agree w/ previous posters. I want to be able to see the faces of the bride and groom. I like to hang STDs on my fridge and probably wouldn't hang one of the couple kissing on my fridge. The blurriness, I don't think, suits the purpose of a STD.

It reminds me of a shower sex scene....I'm just not a fan of getting or sending STDs with the couple making out on them.

Well he clearly has clothes on. I guess it doesn't bother me and I don't think it's tacky at all. I wouldn't think twice about it. Apparently, other people do though....so I guess that's something. It seems like NYE to me? Our STDs were kissing too (although it was pretty clear we were in a dirty graffiti alley and not the shower - I'm not sure if that's better).

I don't like the picture, I would prefer a clear picture especially if I didn't know one of you. But that's just my opinion. If you love it go for it.

Okay I'm going to be completely honest. I'm not a huge fan of couples kissing in the STD. Gazing at each other is better or a cute pose showing the ring maybe. The picture looks like a showe sex scene. I'd just change the picture. If my family got this I'm sure they would talk about me in a negative way.

I think it looks nice, i see STDs with photos of people kissing on them all the time. maybe she meant to say that she didnt think it was appropriate, but i think it looks nice. for me i would put it on the fridge with the picture of the two of you in the back so i wouldnt even be looking at it at all after i go it.
