Save the dates and wedding invites

Most sites will address it for you for an extra charge and then you can mail them out by USPS.

You can order envelopes pre-addressed. You send them a spreadsheet of all the addresses and they will print them out for you. However, you still have to stamp and drop them off at the post office.

I used Julie Hanan designs, i found them on Etsy for my invites and they pre addressed my invites and return envelopes and put stamps on the return invite. I just had to go to the post office and get the actual invite weighted and added stamps to the outside.


I also know Shutterfly will pre address for you and mail them. I used them for my friends baby shower.

Most invitation websites and some Etsy shops will pre-address envelopes for you, but I’ve never heard of a service that would mail the invitations for you. That would mean taking on the liability of potential addresses being wrong/invitations not getting to the people invited.

Hi Suzy! If you order your invitations or save-the-dates through WeddingWire they offer envelope addressing that they'll print for you!! All you'll have to do is stuff the invites in the envelopes and add stamps!

I used Minted for my stationary and they addressed all of our envelopes free of extra charge. All you have to do it seal the envelope and place your stamp to send out. They're pretty affordable (you get a $50 credit if you sign up with them) and have tons of beautiful designs.

I'm using Minted and they address all your envelopes for you, you can even pick the font. All you have to do is upload a spreadsheet with everyone's name and address and your order will arrive with pre-addressed envelopes. You do have to put stamps on them and mail them out yourself but that's not as hard as writing all the addresses (I also have not so good penmanship lol).
