How are you keeping track of RSVP responses? In binder or Are you using an app that keeps up with it?

I'll probably use multiple methods to check myself, but the guest list function on The Knot app is fairly easy to use. I'll probably also have a paper when I can physically check stuff off, so I can visualize it better.

We're using the WW RSVP and guest list tools. 130 of 140 of our guests will be RSVPing via our wedding website on WW. The other 10 will be getting traditional RSVP cards with stamped return envelopes and it's really easy to mark their responses on the guest list.

ETA - I like how you can add the guest names to the seating chart tool - makes planning the seating chart easy!

I'm using an Excel spreadsheet. I also put each of the people's addresses on there, have a place for their RSVP:yes/no, and how many. Then a "gift" and "thank you sent" spots. Has been very handy.

And I numbered all my RSVPs.

WW app and I'm only accepting RSVPd via the response card. I will be holding onto the cards and will update a printed guest list weekly

Ditto to all the Google sheet recommendations. FH and I have a shared doc that we use to organize the wedding and we'll add a tab to keep track of rsvp's once the invites go out. Eta: We're also numbering the rsvp cards so we know who it is incase they don't write their names.

Using the wedding wire Rsvp. You can add exactly who you want. Gives you a little more control over the guest list, especially if guest think they can add more people than they're allowed
