How are you keeping track of RSVP responses? In binder or Are you using an app that keeps up with it?

I created and excel spreadsheet. I used it to track rsvp, gifts and thank you cards.

Excel will probably be your best bet. On the back I might make a little number in the corner in case they do not put their names on it though

Theknot.com has a feature to create a guest list and enter their addresses. It is easy to organize.

from there you can enter if they RSVPd yes or no. or if they didn't at all, you can sort to see who hasn't RSVP'd yet.

they can also be put into groups based upon the events they invited to. like I have my aunt selected for the wedding and the rehearsal dinner.

there is an app version too!

I manually update them on our appycouple rsvp list, along with whether its kids meal or adults, and any dietary restrictions.

I am using a google sheet. I love that I can pull it up on my phone, ipad, or computer if needed.

    Excel.

    Columns for...

Name, Address, Gift they gave, table number (I also used my spreadsheet for table assignments), I also coded if they were bridal party or parent (it made keeping track of headcounts for rehearsal dinner MUCH easier). I also added a column for dietary restriction.

ETA: Also added a column if I sent them a thank you for each gift.

If you have multiple people (you and FH) working on this you can easily make it a google doc.

I'm using a google spreadsheet already to keep track of addresses, how many invited (including plus 1), and then there is a column when the time comes for RSVP, gifts, etc. I added tabs that I shared with my bridesmaids for bachelorette and shower, and with my FILs for the rehearsal.

I am using the good old paper and pencil method. I have a print out of everyone invited and a check that they responded and then a box for yes or no

I've been inputting guests on the knot as rsvps come in. The online rsvp automatically puts them on, but have been putting in the mailed in ones as they come in.

I'm using excel and color coding them as they respond.

I'm also going to the next tab where I kind of grouped people together based on who I think they can sit with, and deleting them if they are a no.

I added my guests to WW guest list and and was able to print it out. I numbered the back of every invite and correlated that number to the correct guest. I've just been marking them off as they come in. I also made enough room to put down their entree choice.

Excel and then ww. My excel is on the sheets so I can do it on the fly. It also has my budget, vendor info, food and alcohol, payments made. Just a ton of stuff.

Another vote for Google Sheet. I have a giant wedding google sheet with guest list, budget, checklist tabs. I have organization issues.
