Hello brides! I’m new to this, so I wanted to know how many of you sleep in your rings. I’ve been taking mine off at night and when I clean. I wish I could wear it all night but it gets stuck on the covers.

I mostly wear a silicone ring to protect my engagement ring from sweat, soap, and my puppy and kid from playing with it. I typically only wear my engagement ring when I'm at work (mostly in an office) or at a casual outing. I never wear it when I'm sleeping, but I'm not one to wear any jewelry to bed.
