Hi ladies! For those of you who are doing or have done a restaurant reception what kind of entertainment did y'all have? We're concerned that people may get bored with just eating and talking.

I did have a DJ. I didn't opt for entertainment BUT originally I thought about having a magician. Went to a wedding once where a magician performed and that was cool

We did ! We had a dance floor the restaurant was able to get us. We had a first dance, we did the bouquet and garter tosses and had some speeches and opened up the dance floor later

Unfortunately the space isn't that big and I will ask if having a DJ is feasible. But with limited space I don't think that is possible. I have considered an iPod hooked up to speakers though.
