Resort Wedding Planning Help!

My fiancé and I are planning a wedding for January 2020 at Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort and Spa. Does anyone have advice on how to work with wedding coordinators at an all inclusive? I know we have a couple months, but I’m starting to get nervous that I haven’t heard back from the coordinator for two weeks. I’ve left a voicemail and sent two follow up emails. We’ve already paid for our wedding package, so we are pretty much set on needing to make it work with this resort. Any advice?

I totally understand the way you are feeling, but there is no need to panic. With resorts like this, wedding planners are experts at creating clients weddings. I know that the timeline may seem short to you but your wedding planner does this all the time so is an expert when it comes to their timings.

I'm getting married in Cabo in January as well and have been feeling the same about my coordinator. She basically just keeps saying we have plenty of time but I'd like to get everything out of the way so I know it's done. I guess they know best though so patience is what I'm working on Good luck with the rest of your planning!
