Rescheduling my wedding

Hello everyone,

I had a thread earlier last week about having to postpone or cancel my wedding due to my fiancée’s health issues.

I talked to the venue and they gave me the option of moving our date back one year with no charge but it’d have to be on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Those are the only days available in the summer. I know none of those days are ideal but which day would y’all choose?
My other option is cancelling it but I’d owe them a big chunk of money and I’d love to still have my wedding at this venue cause we love it.

All of those aren’t great, but I’d go with Monday. That would be the least intrusive for guests who have to travel, as they can come in on the weekend.

I agree with Monday. Your guests likely know what is going on and will understand, and putting it against a weekend will mean they have to take less time off work.
