Mail your invitations no later than April 25th.

RSVP date should be by May 16th

This allows 1 week for mail

2 weeks for guests to respond

3 more weeks until the wedding

Generally the caterer/venue requests a final tally 7-10 days prior, so this should allow ample time for your guests to respond.

You may wish to mail a little earlier if you happen to have alot of out of town guests.

It's best to request an r.s.v.p. approx. three weeks before the wedding day. Two weeks to cover your caterer and venue and one week to follow up with folks you should have heard from but have not.

    Good Luck!

    Hi there!

I'm about to send out my invitations and I requested for everyone to respond a month before our date.

I would say about 4 weeks before the wedding date. At the 3rd week start making phone calls or have your planner help out if you have one. Get solid answers and make the necessary adjustments.

Congrats! Its getting close! Best wishes.
