Rehearsal Dinner Venue

With your wedding so far away, most places won't let you book this far in advance. When I started calling about booking for our rehearsal dinner most of the places told me to wait until the New Year and we got married in July. As for who you should invite, bridal party & their significant others, officiant & their significant other, parents of the bride & groom, ring bearer & flower girl and their parents, if you are having a wedding or anything I would invite the reader so because they normally attend rehearsal as well as the reader's significant other. Some people choose to use this as like a welcome party for out of town guests, but that isn't necessary. We only invited those actually in the wedding and their significant others. My brother-in-law had a rehearsal dinner then a welcome party at a local bar to follow.

I am inviting our parents, grandparents, officiant, and bridal party. That's like 20 people so I thought that was good!

Traditionally, parents, siblings, members of the wedding party (including their dates) and child attendants (with their adult guardians), your officiant, and anyone reading is invited to the rehearsal dinner. these days, many people invite the out-of-town guests and sometimes even the whole wedding guest list!! If you want to keep it small, stick with your inner group
