Registered at Macy's? This Question is For you

I'm always getting these weird error messages when I try to log in to my Macy's registry -- like "Access Denied - you don't have permission to enter this server" (or something to that effect) when I try to log on to the site. At first I thought they blocked it at work, but now I'm getting it on my home PC. Anyone else seen this?


(I guess next step is to report it to Macy's Tech Support). But just curious!

    I've gotten feedback from guests that they were receiving similar messages, but when I checked all was well.

    This just happened to me tonight. I think the site is down for maintenace. It was working fine this afternoon.

    It does the same for me. But it works on the app, so I’ve been using that.

    I think I've determined (after some unscientific experimentation) that it must be Google Chrome. Seems to work fine on Internet Explorer.
