Most of my wedding did not go as planned. One thing was my hair and makeup was wrong. I did not like my makeup for the wedding day, although I did like my trial. As for my hair, she said it grew a lot longer than it was in the trial (which it did grow, it was 4 months from trial to wedding because it was a destination wedding), so she did an impromptu updo (which I didn't have time to pick because she was a little late, I liked the back but not the front). So my husband offered to have us redo my hair and makeup and get in our wedding clothes again and get some portraits done. I am considering it so I can look more like how i wanted to and get a chance to wear my dress again. Would you take a redo if given the opportunity?
I included pictures she took from the trial, as well as some wedding pictures.
I personally wouldn't. Imo, the purpose of the photographs is to mark and remember a special occasion. Redoing things won't make the actual day change at all. I'd move on and get some nice pictures at another occasion.
Yes definitely! My parents hated how their wedding photos turned out (photographer was so bad, literally did not get a single good photo of the two of them) so they dressed up again a couple months later and hired a new photographer. Their new photos came out so good! My mom said redoing the pictures was such a fun day. They actually got to relax and enjoy the photo shoot and each other’s company without feeling rushed
