Recommendations for Aug2020 honeymoon

We want somewhere tropical and safe for our honeymoon! It’s also hurricane season so slightly concerned about that. Looking to spend under 4500 (including flights) for a week. Would love to hear where other couples have went!

I’ve been to the Bahamas once as a child! We want paradise, so we were thinking the Caribbean. The problem we are having is that August is hurricane season, and many of the carribean islands aren’t safe anymore due to recent incidents/crimes. All inclusive would be perfect, but they have all been over 5000.
