Affordable can be subjective. Do you have an approximate budget you want to stick to? Also, where in NJ (north, south, central)? In general, as with everything else in the state, venues can be pricey. Nontraditional venues like parks tend to be cheaper than the fancy, all-inclusive event spaces. I believe south jersey is cheaper than central or north, and Pennsylvania (not Philly) will also usually be cheaper if that's more feasible.

For $50 a person, that's going to be tough. I would try websites like event detective and look for maybe parks with some sort of an enclosure and corporate drop-off catering.

Hi Mei! In NJ most of the wedding packages tend to be over $100 per person, but you can always try picking a "non peak" wedding time (such as picking a different day than Saturday to celebrate) or choosing a non-meal time like a brunch or afternoon cocktail reception!

These discussions also have NJ venue suggestions:

Not going to lie, $5000 for 100 guests in NJ is going to be really tough! If you can't shorten your guest list, I would suggest finding a venue or event space where you can just rent the space/tables/chairs and then bring in an affordable caterer. Its going to be extremely difficult to find a full service venue for $50/pp, if there even are any. You could also hold your ceremony in a space with little or no cost, such as a park, and then host a reception dinner at a local restaurant in a private room.
