Hey y'all, I'm getting married in October and I'm having some trouble picking out what side dishes I want! For the Buffett we are having beef tenderloin served with au jus on the side, fried chicken and shrimp and grits. My caterer gave me a long list of sides but I can't seem to make my mind up, I know id love to have oven roasted rosemary potatoes but I need to pick some other sides please help!!!

    Green beans and broccoli salad would be my either two picks

    whatever you pick go with two veggie sides.

    You do really need a vegetarian entree option, veggie burgers are an easy option.

    @FutureMrsE both of those sound fucking delicious. I would probably go with pasta primavera though. Do you have any vegans coming?

    Our top sellers were always the rosemary potatoes or mashed potatoes, sesame broccoli, green beans and carrot slivers with almonds and rice pilaf.

    They both sounds great! We're doing a primavera for ours, since the restaurant that is catering said that it's their most popular vegetarian entree.

    @Delfina it is easy to stop doing that, you simply do not type it.

    I would go with a green (green beans/ collard) and a starch (baked potato and the roasted potatoes)
