In relation to having the reception on the beach, I'd definitely advise you reach out to your contact you booked the ceremony through and see if this is possible. They may be able to point you toward the correct government office to speak to about permits, etc.

My dad is really sick and won't be around much longer. We are trying to plan our wedding on a very strict budget and get it planned and done before it's too late. So we are in a bit of a time crunch. Hoping august will be soon enough my dad can be there.
