If you are referring to 5 or 6 pm, you'd need to serve a full meal as thst is dinner time. The type of food you decide to serve is really going to depend on what you and your fiance like. For example, my husband and I both really like Italian so we had a pasta station at our wedding.

Are you locked into an all inclusive venue that requires specific catering to be used or can you hire any caterer you want? Some of the best wedding food we have had was restaurant catering: a local Chinese restaurant delivered at one and people were still raving about enjoying it years later, a Mexican restaurant delivered at another. You’re only limited by your imagination and budget.
