I'm having a afternoon brunch reception but if I was having a evening wedding I would want it to be later then 10pm. When I was a MOH last year 10pm came come quickly and nobody wanted to leave.

We're wrapping up around 8, maybe 8:30. It's a cocktail reception without dances, announcements, bouquet toss, etc., so we're keeping it short & sweet!

We are leaving around 9:30-10 but the party keeps going and the family cleans up afterwards. That's how it is with mormon receptions anyways
