Reception at our home...ideas?

We had to change our destination wedding in Florida to our home in Ohio. We are going to get married in our front yard then have a reception in our home. We are planning on setting food in the kitchen along with tables decorated in the house. We will also have tables set out on our deck and in the garage. Any suggestions on decorating the garage? I am considering putting up something on the walls so it doesn't look trashy! I am thinking this would be nice to allow people to have their own personal space and now all be in one location. Six weeks from today ahhh exciting, but now stressful again!
