Rearranging the wedding party on website

Congrats on your engagement and welcome to Wedding Wire! Most of us haven't actually used the website builder on here or started and also got frustrated and moved on to a different platform. I do hope that Account Support reaches out to you to help fix the situation. If you're still having issues, whether it's with your rearrangement or any other aspect of your website, try elsewhere. I have personally used Wix but I've also heard that The Knot, Zola, With Joy and Minted are pretty popular. I hope everything works out for you.

Unfortunately manually rearranging your wedding party is not an option we offer at this time. You would need to delete the entries you have made and enter them in the order you would like them to show. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are always adding new options and hopefully this will be one that will be added in the near future.

Awful feature. We are looking to rearrange our wedding party too.

The website part of this platform is horrible. It has made me consider ditching this site entirely. It's quite frustrating how poorly the text, images, and editing software is set up! In a digital age, this is really quite embarrassing!

Is there any way to get this fixed? It's really my only issue with your website... And it's a pretty big headache to deal with...

I am having the exact same issues. We need to rearrange the order and there is no way to do this.

It's October 2021 and this is still an issue. I mean, this is web-building 101. We just decided to add a day-after brunch to our itinerary, so now I have to delete my whole itinerary and re-enter it, or the brunch will show up at the top. Embarrassing. I'm already telling my cousin who just got engaged to STAY AWAY from wedding wire, and not make my mistake.

Is this the same with the order of Accommodations? I want to rearrange the order the hotels are displaying. Should I enter the hotel I want at the top of the list first or last? It seems to keep putting my number three in my number one position no matter what order I enter them.

WeddingWire doesn't offer the most basic services. I can't say how frustrated I am with the services provided and lack of customer service. Had I known what I know now, I never would have used it.
