R&B Ceremony and Reception Song Ideas

Following. Been doing the same for about a week. YouTube has kinda been helpful but ideas would be nice lol

I think it's good to decide on if you want certain artists, specific type of R&B, or a specific time. I am thinking about making ours lean towards 90s R&B since we were High school sweethearts back then.

For our ceremony, the parents- Celine Dion - because you love me, husband walked down the isle on Never -Jaheim, bridal party ribbon in the sky -Stevie wonder. Brides entrance -the one he kept for me -my mama song it ,unity candle with husband and kids -lords prayer ,praise dancer -forever -dave hollister and exit song love on top -beyonce instrumental .

For entrance of dinner reception jagged meet me at the alter... Kept clean for the church.. After party at the hall we went Hood.. Jay-z public announcement...

Here is the playlist for our cocktail hour. We will be dancing to stay with you by John Legend. Dinner will shift to Motown.

We used Happily Ever After by Case for BP entrance. For my entrance, 1+1 by Beyonce played. Our exit song was Forever More. Our entrance at the reception was Bring Em Out by TI (clean version, only first few lines of song played). We went into Gotta Be by Jagged Edge for our first dance, which was a medley of The One by Tamar Braxton & The Matrimony by Wale & Usher.

We had a DJ but I still made a playlist for myself. He & his mom danced to Dear Mama by 2Pac. My mom & I did the Bikers Shuffle, which got the party started for other line dances
