Questions about kids only wedding

Bethany, on April 17, 2020 at 3:28 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
So my fiancé and i have decided to do a kids only wedding but we’ve run into an issue.
his mom brought up if we do kids only we shouldn’t have my fiancé’s niece as a flower girl because she’s a kid (she’ll be 5). originally my plan was to have her be flower girl but no kids other than that (with the exception of my youngest brother who will be 16).

suggestions/advice/thoughts appreciated!

I’m not sure what a kids only wedding is, but if you mean adults only, it’s fine to include children that are in the wedding.

My wedding is an “adult only” wedding. I have 3 kids my self as my family and very close friends have kids. I have invited my children as they are in the wedding and their cousins and very close friends so my kids don’t get bored( 10 kids at most).

Yes. You can’t expect them to be part of the ceremony and have to leave for the reception.

I’m going to assume you mean “adults only” lol. My FH and I are also doing adults only with the exception of the 4 kids in our wedding party. His daughter, my twin nieces/goddaughters, and his niece. They will be at the reception too. I think it’s fine to still have your flower girl for both ceremony and reception.
