Question?! What to do with gravel floor wedding venue.

Hello Wedding Wire!

My wedding venue reception area is a very rustic barn venue. The floor in there is gravel and I was curious if there was a simple solution to covering it up or make it work? I don't want the bottom of my dress to get dirty and realize it's not very formal.

Any suggestions or comments would be great! Attached is a pic of the inside of the venue. An upper view of the barn while they were cleaning.

    Are you renting the barn? If so has it been used by other people for receptions or parties? Just wondering if they had any suggestions.

    We have the same issue. My FH and I are putting down big sheets of tong and grove panels then putting a lament peal and stick flooring over it. The hardest part will be leveling out. You could rent the dance panels but in my case and looking at your space it will be a lot of money. Even if you just did the aisle way with panels might be a good solution for you.
