What's included with the Ceremony? Officiant, decorations?

Is this venue a hotel? Are they giving you a rate? If you have a special rate, do you have to guarantee a certain number of rooms, can they give you complimentary block? With the waterview room your wedding night sleeping room? If so, will they comp you another night if you meet the room block?
