Hey guys! my fiance' and I are purchasing the alcohol for our wedding. We are just doing beer and wine and was wondering where are best places to buy bulk? Thank you!!!

Costco, Bevmo, Total Wine. Some major cities have locally-owned alcohol warehouse stores.

I've found really good deals at Sam's club, especially if you're buying a case. We're having selections of wine which we're getting there. They also sell liquor at the ones in Ohio, so getting a few other staples there.
I drove all the way to Gatlinburg, TN for the whiskey, though the Pecan Ole Smoky is my absolute favorite flavored variety...but I'm usually a straight Jameson girl. FH loves Cruzan black strap rum, which we can only seem to find at Giant Eagle!

We’re buying our hard alcohol at Sam’s Club & the venue supplies our soda/mixers. Still debating on whether to buy cases of beer or a pony keg.

Total wine or any of your big box stores. But you could also check to see if your local beer and wine distributor sells to the public at wholesale prices. That would definitely be the most cost effective.

Total Wine is amazing for weddings. From what I remember (we looked into it before we found our venue who requires the use of their bar) you can go through them and buy in bulk and are able to return any bottles that you didn't open. Not sure if the other big box stores do so defiantly something to look into. Total Wine also does a consultation. They also are going to have an amazing variety.
