Puerto Rican and Cuban Wedding Dinner Ideas

Yg4189, on September 5, 2018 at 7:28 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 7
Where are my latina brides at? Lol So I'm Puerto Rican and my fiance is Cuban and we're doing a plated dinner featuring a Puerto Rican dish or Cuban dish. For the Cuban dish we're doing congri, pork chops and sweet plantains but I'm stuck on what to do as far as meat for the Puerto Rican menu. We want to do a chicken dish that goes well with arroz con gandules. Any ideas?

We are doing pollo guisado, with arroz con gandules, yuca, and platanos... 90% of our guests are latino and I'm super excited for our food! Lol

Can I ask who you’re using as your vendor? It’s been so hard for me to find a traditional puerto food vendor that has plates options.

    thank you!
