I had to share this tutorial I found for making petticoats. I just started mine, will post pics when finished. For all the DIY and sewing brides, you need to check this out! It will save you a fortune, I made my petticoat for 8 bucks! $6 on tulle, $2 for the ribbon. I know a lot of people spend over a hundred on their petticoat, and just had to share.
