Providence Courthouse Wedding?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the boards (I'll change my photo ASAP ).

FH and I recently decided to forego our big wedding at Zuka's in Spencer, MA for a small courthouse ceremony and a big backyard clambake for the reception. I've contacted Judge Martinelli at the Providence Probate Court so I know what I need to do to schedule the ceremony, but I can't find any testimonials or photos online of other couples who have had their ceremony there.

Does anyone here have any experience getting married at the courthouse in PVD? I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences as well as see photos if you're willing to share!

Hi there- I officiate all of the time for intimate elopement ceremonies and travel to Prov. If you want to have a small ceremony somewhere else, please inquire Best wishes!

Hi Cindy, My name is Patricia, I am looking for someone to officiate for my elopement. There will be no guests just our two witnesses. I am looking to do this in October. I always thought that if I went to the Johnston City Hall to get the marriage license that I would also be able to get married there, by someone there. Not the case. I live in Johnston, RI.
