I love love love crepe on a wedding dress! Seriously so gorgeous. I really wanted a crepe skirt with lace bodice but I ended up going all lace for my dress - just how things happened!

Pros: luxe fabric, falls really nicely, works really well with a lace bodice, easy to hem/take in, etc.

Cons: not super forgiving in terms of imperfections, shows all lines.

Thank you. The wedding dress I choose is a crepe dress with some embellishment on the top.

Crepe wedding dresses are sooo beautiful and show off lace and beading detail wonderfully! However they show every teeny tiny imperfection and panty lines lol I have a crepe wedding dress as well with a beaded top and LOVE it but I’m desperately trying to lose some weight in my tummy because boy does it show!

Love crepe. It's super classy and contemporary.

Pros: Easy care, beautiful drape, easy fabric to work with for alterations, very comfortable to wear, midweight fabric can work in all seasons, easy to accessorize in any way you choose (from rhinestones to beading to lace to feathers), super mod and stylish!

Cons: Shows textures underneath really easily, so works better on firmer bodies and you need to choose undergarments carefully. Doesn't have a lot of structure for those looking to "hold things in" or provide support.

I love the look of crepe and almost got a second dress for the reception so I could wear two very different looks (my ceremony dress is lace), but ultimately think I'm just going to stick with one dress for the whole evening.

Wow! It’s gorgeous! I think the lace design on the back & sides will help hide panty lines.

Mine is crepe! Con, is that you will see everything underneath... (lines, not necessarily see through). So you may have to go commando. Pros, they're beautiful and if you love it get it!

I originally wanted a completely plain crepe dress... until I tried it on. It showed too many of my imperfections. I'm 5'5" and 123 pounds but I felt terrible in the plain dresses because it showed my tiny bit of stomach fat. I was really set on the crepe because I liked the simplicity of it. Satin is too shiny for me and tulle makes me gag. lol I ended up getting a crepe dress with a light lace/beaded top. It comes down far enough that my "stomach bulge" is covered. My dress is an EOA D2533Smiley smile
