Pros and Cons : Kids at a wedding .....

It's a personal choice. I've gone to one wedding where kids were allowed at the church for the ceremony but not at the restaurant reception. It was strictly for money issues for a young couple and as they were really sweet about explaining it I wasn't upset.

However I completely disagree with those saying there are no pros to having them there. I trust my friends, family and am close enough to all of them to know who might be a behavior issue and know who would step in to keep those in need of help in line.

If someone just announced that it was no kids without explanation, I probably would decline and be offended. However I have children and see weddings as a vital part of a family coming together. I couldn't celebrate my wedding and not include the little ones that are just as much a part of that family.
