Proposal: Modern or Traditional?

Traditional, he got down on one knee and even asked my fathers permission before.

Traditional. She got down on one knee right in our living room.

Traditional for this one! One knee!

Traditional! He got done on 1 knew in our living room. I loved that it was private and in the comfort of our home.

Traditional. He got down on one knee, albeit quickly because I hate attention in me in public places. Luckily an aquarium staff member caught in and somehow managed to stall some people from walking into the area we were in!!

Traditional. He got down on one knee, but the funny thing is, he has been playing around getting down on one knee since our first anniversary to tie his shoe or tell me he loves me, so when he actually proposed, I was so confused lol.

Modern. We were sitting next to each other on a bench at one of my favorite vacation spots.

Traditional! He asked my parents months prior and was waiting for the perfect time to propose. He also talked to all my siblings. I knew he was going to do it because my sister spilled the beans. Then, in a random chain of events, my mom and I were doing some last minute Christmas shopping the day before Christmas eve and my mom's car was stolen right out of the parking lot. It wasn't brand new or anything but it was paid off and she was happy with it. He surprised the day after Christmas with an identicle car. He surprised me too and then got down on one knee like the opportunist he is 😂😂😂

Modern. Our proposal was more like "hey...our ten year anniversary is coming up. Want to just get married on that day?" "ok!"

I was laying down 9 months pregnant and he was giving me a back rub ..... when he told me to sit up he had something for me it was Christmas of 2017 and i didnt even know he got something for me ..... so i sit up he hands me a pandora box i thought it was another charm but when i opened it to my surprise was an engagement ring and then i found out it was his mothers ring to his dad who is now passed away so vary different from the traditional sense

The proposal was a surprise and he got down on one knee

He got down on one knee (even though it was fractured) but I would call it more modern. His proposal was over a few days. We had just come back from vacation in Yellowstone. The first day was a nice dinner with a very pure heartfelt questioning of what we both wanted for us and as a couple which is unusual coming from my man of few words. Second day was the actual "pop the question" day after taking me around to all our favorite places. However, he wanted to give me a ring as another gesture of love (I'm much more keen on the ring not being the important part of proposals, also not a diamond kinda girl). This was the next day. My ring was perfect and my proposal was deffinatly one to remember even though it was not the old fashioned way. It was so much sweeter.
