Pronovias Vicenta Inspired Dresses? In need of recommendations!

I LOVE the way that the Pronovias Vicenta dress looks on the bottom - mermaid/fitted crepe with lace details and a long train. However, I'm not in love with the top bodice illusion and am looking for more of a v neck shape with lace (some examples shown below). Does anyone have any recommendations of dresses or other suggestions?
