Prom dress as wedding dress?

It's looking more and more like a last minute wedding, since FH is 95% sure he's going active. I've been looking at Sherri Hill, who makes prom dresses, and honestly most of these can pass as wedding gowns. It'll only cost me 300-400 dollars and it's not a long wait period for the dress like wedding...

    I got a wedding dress at DB's, chopped it and made it my own. It came in in like 3 weeks too, with no special rush shipping charges either.
