Does anyone know how to print A2 envelopes? The envelope is too small for MS Word and I don't want to write these by hand nor use labels...

What is happening when you print them? Maybe I can help you troubleshoot.

Grrrr - I can never get to the print...I'm stuck at the merge. It asks me for envelope size, tells me thats the wrong size - and I'm stuck :-(

Ok MrsJoseph I see what's happening. I was able to recreate the problem. I'm assuming you are using MS Word 2007. Instead of choosing the envelopes, just do a blank document. Make your page size the dimensions of your envelope. When you go to start the merge, select Letters instead of Envelopes. When I chose envelopes, it told me the page size was too small and it changed it. So try just doing a blank document instead of envelopes. That should work!

Nope it won't matter. Just add an extra column in the spreadsheet and then you might need to show me how to set up the address b/c I've never mailed international lol.
