FH and I met online at Blacksingles.com. I was finishing my last year of grad school and was coming out of the fog of a bad relationship and was ready to get back out there. A year later I met FH. I noticed he had viewed my page several times and one day we were both on and being IM'ing. We chatted for like 5hrs...mind you he's in the UK and he's 5 hrs ahead of me lol So, he asks if he can call me and he did and we talked for several more hours and that's all she wrote. I've been with him every since that day! I feel so happy and thankful that we've been able to manage the challenges of an international long distance relationship in a recession! He is my best friend and I always say I could never have done this with anyone other than him. Almost 2 years later and several thousand dollars in plane tickets and phone bills...were engaged and the future looks so bright :)
