Joe was a quiet storm. We spoke on the phone for maybe a week or more. And he finally asked me are you comfortable to meet me or do you need longer. So there came our first date. I have never met someone who was such an open book. He told me about his family and all his ups and downs on our first date. I remember thinking wow do you want to see me again lol. But after dating people and finding out so much later than sooner. It made me appreciate how honest he was. On our first date I had a feeling I never had with any other man. I felt this is going to be something special.That night after our date he asked me if Id like to see him again. And I did. Again and again and again. He was the glove and I was the ball. All those romantic lifetime movies suddenly became my reality. I was the girl who said "yeah right that will never happen". We made each other better. Our families met and they fell in love. Who could imagine. And this is only the beginning.
