Price for cupcakes? Too much, good deal - HELP.

Completely within reason for NJ not sure where you live. Actually on the cheap side unless they don't look professional

Try and look at some local bakeries in your area to get a feeling for price. Many will list it on their website. That is cheap compared to what we are paying. My wedding is in VA in the Quantico area and our cupcakes are between 3.50-4.50 a piece depending on flavor etc. that is about the standard price also in NJ where we live.

Sounds about right. We are doing a full cake at $2.99 per guest, but would have been that per cupcake if we went that route. We are in Charlotte also.

Sounds like a good price but make sure you have a contract and wouldn't feel bad telling her you hated her work.

If you don't feel comfortable doing that, don't hire a friendor, hire a true vendor.

That sounds pretty good for NC. I'm in the Triangle and I know places like Gigi's are more than that per cupcake.

I think that's a great deal. I'm paying 2.50 per cupcake and my mom is making my cutting cake. So we will have 120 cupcakes for 300 dollars and a 50 dollar delivery fee.

Sounds about right. We are doing gourmet cupcakes and they are $2 a piece. We got lucky though no delivery fee. But they only deliver to one wedding a day.

I live in Greensboro (close to Charlotte) and that price is within range. Some bakeries charge $3.50 a cupcake so I think you're getting a good deal.

Im paying $35 for a small two tier for us to cut into. 1.25 per cupcake. And 40 dollar if ibhave her deliver and set them up and thats a 30 min drive just one way

Cake prices are completely regional. Cupcakes in my area are $3.50-$5 depending on flavours. A small cake could be $35-$50, again depending on the bakery and flavour.

In NY with the decorations I want I am paying $3.50 per cupcakes. I am also getting s "groom " cupcake for $15

I'm in NY and the average I see for cupcakes is $3 so I think that's normal. $20 seems very cheap for a small cake. Our cake is $5/slice and I'm assuming your small cake is going to have more than 4 slices.
