So I asked a friend to make our cupcakes for our wedding. 200 cupcakes and a small cake on top for us to cut into. She gave me the price last night - $450 $2 per cupcake - $20 for our small cake and $30 for delivery and set up fee. She is a sous chef and bakes on the side.

Yeah, she told me she asked her baker friends and they usually charge $3/cupcake.

We got quoted $3 a cupcake with a free cake for us to cut. Total for 180 cupcakes was $560 and I'm in WV. Also they suggest two cupcakes per guest
