Preowned wedding dresses.com she’s not answering!

Don’t know about preowneddresses, but I bought a hoop skirt for under my dress off poshmark and it never shipped, she never responded nothing. I don’t remember the time frame but I was finally able to dispute it and get my money back. After that, I’ll never order from there again Good luck to you I hope you get what you’re wanting.

Often times, dresses can be posted for a really long time without any interest, so someone might not see a message request or email. I’d wait at least a week before worrying too much

Ugh. That is so frustrating. I have a friend that had a similar experience. She had her heart set on a dress that was no longer being manufactured, and finally found one being sold on either stillwhite.com or preownedweddingdresses.com (can’t remember which) and purchased the dress. The seller didn’t respond to her emails and didn’t ship the dress. She finally disputed the charge and then the seller contacted her. Apparently she had listed it on several sites and it had sold on one of those months prior and she just either forgot or just never bothered to end the listing on the other sites. I have a feeling a lot of people list their dresses on multiple sites then don’t take them down when it sells. Also, sometimes the dresses sit on those sites for many many months, so they may just not check on them frequently anymore.

I had talked to a girl on preowendweddingdresses and it took her about a month to respond and after she did we were in constant contact but I had found someone else on poshmark with the dress in the correct size so I ended up buying off of her. If your using poshmark I suggest you comment and ask if it’s still available and give at least 2-3 weeks for a response, if that doesn’t work make it a bundle and comment under there and they will then get a notification again or just keep commenting. I don’t suggest just buying and hoping they see because usually they don’t ship out because they don’t use the site anymore or they forgot that it was posted and never took it down. One more thing... don’t these people get email notifications!?! I wouldn’t expect them to check up on websites every day but email!? Ahhh!

View Quoted Comment You do get email notifications yes but they do all blend in and preowenedweddingdress sends them out all the time and there were times I didn’t get an email from either of the sites when things were happening in my pages.
