Pre wedding tooth whitening

Crest white strips have always worked well for me! I use the most expensive ones (there are different types) and it was still cheaper than the option provided by the dentist... just took a longer amount of time.

I use Colgate whitening mouthwash

I just started using activated charcoal powder! It's really whitened up my smile in only a couple weeks of using daily, and doesn't cause any sensitivity.

My dentist told me to use Crest white strips. She said if I do then and still not happy then pay the outrageous fee they charges. I used the 3D White and have had nice results.

Another fan of crest white strips over here . Used them before engagement photos and was very happy with the results. @Felicia I think I'll take your advice to start again in march!

I did Zoom in my dentist's office two weeks before the wedding. Worked great! I had some tooth sensitivity but didn't last long.

So Crest 3D White just came out with a 2 step toothpaste (it's two tubes) that's $15. I bought it and have been using it twice a day, as directed, for about two weeks.

I'm not loving the progress/results though, so I might use the white strips instead when I get closer to the wedding.

I tried those Creat white strips but my teeth are so sensitive and they hurt so much!

I'm a dental assistant and the doctor that I work for always recommends patients to start with crest strips. It's so much cheaper than in office whitening and they really do work. If you have sensitive teeth start using sensodyne for a little while and then proceed with the crest strips. Also if you've ever had braces and you have the clear retainers you can use those as bleaching trays. You'd just go to your dentist and pick up a tube of bleach.

It was weird at first, but after one brushing my teeth were less yellow. You definitely see how messy brushing your teeth can be though lol

My teeth are crazy sensitive. Crest 3D strips work for me but I find my teeth can hurt afterward. The best thing that has worked for me is brushing with baking soda! I keep a little glass jar of it in my bathroom. Just wet your toothbrush, dip the brush into the jar and scrub. Once you get past the taste, it's fine. I use mouthwash after to get rid of the taste. I do this only at night and use sensodyne in the AM. When I'm not lazy and I do it religiously, my teeth are super white!

When I first read the title, I thought it was saying whitening one tooth lol

But Crest white strips work great for me! I get them at Costco and use them about every 6 months or so. I drink a ton of coffee so I need to say up on my whitening.

I haven't done anything about my teeth yet, but my dentist and I talked about doing a whitening treatment. She did recommend Crest White Strips as an alternative, and I think I will try this out first, as a number of people have recommended it as being effective.

I use a 5 day whitning strip set from my dentist that they sell. $50 and only 5 uses gets them bright white compared to having to using crest whitestrips for dayssssss

I use remembrandt whitening trays! I have super sensitive teeth and as long as I space out the 2 hour schedule and instead do it in 2 days I never have an issue

Charcoal toothpaste and oil pulling work wonders, they also provide detox benefits!

My husband and I used activated charcoal powder and toothpaste. its awesome and I saw a different only after 4 times use! Its 100% natural too. this is the brand that we used.
