Hey beautiful future brides! I'm getting married in 4 weeks ☺ I'm so excited and I absolutely can't wait. We are look forward to our big day the only thing is I can't sleep 😫 I want to know if anyone else have or had trouble sleeping leading up to the wedding??? And what can I do to help me sleep better??? 😵

Aww girl! Congratulations! That’s so excited. Obviously talk to your doctor before taking anything, but melatonin gummies work great for me. They don’t make you feel weird, just help you drift off to sleep & have a restful night. Good luck!

I have terrible insomnia, so I feel your pain. Melatonin is great because it’s basically just a supplement, not a sleeping medication. Stop using your phone, computer, tv, anything with a screen for two hours before bed. Keep work out of your bedroom. It should just be a place for sleep. Go to bed and wake up around the same time, even on weekends. Meditation or sleep hypnosis can also help to distract you from stressors and keep you relaxed.

Melatonin gummies as PP said. They work great. I hardly ever feel groggy in the morning from them and they are a supplement. I mainly use them so I sleep through the night but they for sure help me fall asleep faster and I for sure sleep more soundly when I take them.

Try exercising before bed to see if it tires you out
