Postponing March 28 wedding

Abigail, on March 17, 2020 at 10:28 PM Posted in Planning 0 4
Well, we just made the call to postpone our wedding. We are still going to get married on March 28, but more of an elopement. Our photographer is still going to come and do photos and we will have a few family and friends there. We will plan a big celebration for later. It was a really hard choice to make and hurt a lot initially but now we are feeling much more at piece with it. I think we will still have a special day that will be uniquely ours.

So glad you've made new plans and are feeling better about it! Smiley heart I've heard many other couples say the same thing - the choice was incredibly hard, but it's a relief to have new safe plans!!

Our friends were supposed to get married on March 28th in Miami but now have similar plans - moving forward with a family only ceremony and saving the big wedding celebration for later. My husband and I are going to celebrate them from home as well by popping a bottle of champagne and toasting them on instagram!
