Hi everyone! I am getting married at Royal Pacific Resort in Universal Orlando (originally 9/26/2020) and I just wanted to share my experience thus far with Universal Orlando's wedding coordinator in case any of you ever intend to get married at Universal!
We were supposed to get married Sept 26th this year. After all of the craziness and uncertainty, we decided to postpone our wedding to next year. However, all hotel employees were furloughed, so we waited over a month for a response.
The wedding coordinator, Lori, emailed me her first day back in the office. The process of postponing has been a seamless transition to Sept 2021. Lori has postponed our wedding, secured our date, canceled our guests' hotel reservations without penalty, revised our contract, and created a new hotel block in 24 hours! Everything is staying the same, just a year later. She has been so understanding and helpful. She's a freaking rockstar! 100% recommend getting married at Universal Orlando. 😁
