Depending on how much you want to spend on them, Waste Management has some that are really nice complete with sinks and all they are called crowd pleasers.

If it is in the budget can she change them? There is no way to dress up a regular porta potty. How will your guests wash their hands? That's not going to be sanitary especially if you are providing food and they will be eating. You may have some guests that wont use it ( I won't use a porta potty) Some will probably leave if they have to tinkle.

We are considering getting these for the ceremony. Its in a outdoor park. But not sure with the ceremony only being 30 mins. if its worth it.

I see hand washing stations are good. As far as dressing them up, I don't know.

You also can drape tulle around the top and then let it drape down the 4 corners

The white wreaths in that picture are cute! Most of them come with purell hand sanitizer (I think) but if they don't you could always pick up a few bottles and just put them in there too.

I like the 2nd pic kristin posted, with the canopy, it makes it actually look like a little restroom area. If I were gonna use porta potties for a wedding, I would definitely do something like that.

This is one I've been looking at: http://www.mrjohn.com/TrailerFacilities/SilverPlusRestroomTrailer.aspx

It's a small trailer restroom with one side for men and one side for women. If you look under special events, you will see other kinds that can be used for weddings. There is also a guide you can request for using portable toilets at events.
