Pole dancing

That sounds like it would be fun! :-)

We did that at one of friend's bridal showers and it was hysterical and quite the workout! lol!

I REALLY wanted to do that, but the closest instructor is 3 hours away!

My girls are talking about doing this for my bach party! So excited now!

It does sound like fun and good exercise.

I give classes/pole parties! LOL! It's always a blast to teach them some moves and get them to cut loose. TOTAL fun!

We did a class called 'pole dance for your lover' or something like that and the instructions were to 'dress in layers'. Well I'm an east coast girl so when they tell me to dress in layers I'm pretty much in a parka down to long undies. LMAO! When I walked in I was like 'ohhh, you meant sexy layers'. So I had to do a quick trip to the bathroom to ditch the moon boots and pare down to my skivvys.

Woooo hoo pole dancing classes sound like lots of fun I would so totally do it too!

I've done it! LOL FH's sister's and I all had a girl's day and took a class in LA then wen't out to dinner and shopping out there. It was a lot of fun! I actually want my own pole lol but FH says no haha

LOVE that idea! I might just steal it. :] I've heard it's incredible exercise and I'm pretty sure FH would be pretty thrilled if I added that to my repertoire....

I heard they are a workout but expensive!

Not really expensive .... i think it was like 25 a person for 10 girls when we did the math....

we just just googled it and the one that had the best site one hahah but it was a work out... when we had to streach we all was like umm ok this is serious haha

I used to take classes & I LOVED MY POLE!!!! Its a LOT harder than a lot of people think...I looked & felt the best I've ever been...I miss that damn thang!

Once we move into our house...after the bedroom & dining room set, that'll be the next purchase!!! "I'm your private dancer...dance all around you..." lol

We did pole dancing for my SIL's bachelorette party. It was fun, but the company wasn't very organized and some of the girls were clearly pre-gaming and were really bad at staying on task.

That said, really great workout! My arms were killing me the next day!
